This particular look from Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2010 was commissioned by THE BLOCK MAGAZINE Fashion editor James Worthington Demolet and photographed by Dan Forbes. The same month the magazine hit the newsstands, the look was on display in the windows of Bergdorf Goodman, and later modeled by Jaimie Bochert in the ad campaign. The blonde acrylic wig is set with a varnish. The stretch mesh jacket is accented with bias cut china silk ruffles and a taffeta border. The blouse is white cotton with a lace insert, cinched at the waist with a black grosgrain ribbon, and the pants are hand gathered silk organza with pleated organza purl edged ruffles.
